Meet Ellie-Rose.
FOUNDER.
I grew up playing tennis more than anything else.
I was always moving, always competing, always learning how to work hard without overthinking it. Those years shaped me more than I realised at the time.After that I went into journalism and ended up reporting for ITV News. It was a wild jump from the tennis court to standing in front of a camera, but it taught me how to understand people, how to tell a story properly and how to stay calm when life gets loud. Over time I realised I didn’t actually want the traditional career path everyone expected me to follow. I wanted more freedom.
I wanted to work in a way that felt like me. And I wanted to help other people build things they cared about too. That’s really how ERG Management started. I’m not corporate. I care about the people I work with, and I care about doing things properly.
I like making things clearer, simpler and better than they were before. If you ever work with me, you’ll get someone who’s fully in. Someone who genuinely wants your business to grow. Someone who isn’t afraid to say what she really thinks if it helps you.
